Guy Coleman has over three decades of branding, marketing, and management experience in consumer products and communications with over 15 years in sports products marketing.  He currently serves as Vice President of Sales for VocalBooth.com, Inc. an award winning manufacturer of portable and modular sound enclosures and recording studios. As founder of TigerFin, a brand solutions firm, he has worked with small to mid-sized companies in many different industries and in over 20 countries.

Guy served as Director of Marketing and Publicity for Multnomah Publishers where he had senior responsibility for the firm’s top brands and public relations promotions.  While at Multnomah he worked to develop the firm’s top authors into brands and brand groups.  He created and executed several national product launches including two multi-million unit books, four New York Times best sellers, and one #1 debut on the New York Times best seller list.  Other brand efforts have resulted in three new brands, a successful national radio program, and a major North American satellite event broadcast.

Guy served as VP and Chief Marketing Officer of the LifeGoals Corporation, an internet software and services firm. Guy was EVP and Chief Marketing Officer of Information Synthesis, Inc., and with that firm was the Co-Founder of a succesful eCommerce website. For over five years he was Vice President of Marketing for O’Neill International, one of the world’s largest action sports apparel and equipment brands.  During this tenure O’Neill enjoyed a better than 65% market share in the surfing wetsuit category.  He spearheaded major events like the O’Neill-Pepsi Cold Water Classic, the Marui-O’Neill World Tour of Windsurfing, and the Coors Light-Team O’Neill professional water-ski team.

Comfortable with professional athletes and celebrities alike, he has coached or managed 10 world champions in six professional sports, done color commentary for ESPN Sports, and has worked on projects with celebrities including Arnold Schwarzenegger (Kindergarten Cop), Keanu Reaves (Point Break), Gary Busey (Big Wednesday), Gregory Harrison (North Shore), Ed Harris (The Abyss), Patrick Swayze (Point Break), Judge Reinhold (Beverly Hills Cop), Col. Oliver North (FoxNews), Donny Osmond, and others.

He served as COO of SeaTrek, Inc., a manufacturer of ocean sports equipment and as VP of Merchandising & Production for MontBell USA, a former subsidiary of the Lands’ End Corp.

He attended the Clemson University School of Textiles as part of a program developed by WL Gore & Co.  He has served on the boards of the Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP), the Professional Board-sailors Association (PBA), the Surf Industry Manufacturers Association (SIMA), and the Exhibitors Committee of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB).

Skilled at brand development, product positioning, marketing campaign execution and assembling sales groups, Guy excels at bringing teams of people together and coaching them to success. He has extensive experience at product development, and managing marketing communication efforts.

Guy lives in Bend, Oregon with his wife, Denise, a nurse, and their three dogs. He spends his spare time recording, performing, and playing guitar.  He enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, surfing and snowboarding.
